Job summary

HireCare Services in Cary, NC is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Part-time and full-time roles with 15–25+ hours per week, flexible scheduling across Cary and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided).
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Share updates and progress with your BCBA team.
