Job summary

Cole Health in Cary, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-to-one ABA services in children’s homes and community settings.

The role emphasizes data-driven practice, collaboration with a BCBA-supervised program, and ongoing professional development. Strong preference for in-home ABA experience and valid RBT certification. Willingness to travel within the Triangle area is required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with BACB.
• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with autism or in-home ABA preferred; able to pass required background checks.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA services to children with autism in homes and approved community settings.
• Implement individualized skill acquisition and behavior-support programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Help patients develop functional communication, social, self-help, and self-advocacy skills.
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation in a timely manner.
• Communicate with caregivers and supervisor regarding questions, concerns, or changes.
• Collaborate with clinical team and participate in supervision, trainings and meetings.
