Job summary

Mastermind Behavior Services in Edison, NJ is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA, collect and document client progress data, and collaborate closely with families and the care team to support each child’s growth and safety during sessions. A 40-hour RBT course, a high school diploma, and ability to pass a background check are required; local travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in various settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
