Job summary

Behavior by Design in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and community settings. The role implements individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs and collects data to monitor progress.

Candidates should hold an RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and have experience working with children or adolescents. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions to monitor progress.
• Provide regular verbal and written progress updates.
