Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home, 1:1 ABA services for children with ASD under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement behavior-analytic techniques to build functional skills and decrease challenging behaviors in the home setting.

This part-time role offers onboarding bonuses, tuition assistance, ongoing trainings, a flexible schedule, and opportunities to advance to Lead RBT roles as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of special education experience preferred.
• 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis experience preferred.
• RBT Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Apply behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and administration.
