Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with autism under supervision. The role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with families and a supportive team, and adherence to individualized treatment plans.

The position offers a pay range of $22.00–$30.00 per hour, onboarding bonus of $250, and opportunities for growth including Lead RBT and Full Time RBT roles.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• 1 year experience in Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred.
• Special education experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to improve functional behaviors per treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain open communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
