Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to deliver in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with autism under supervision. The role offers a flexible schedule and growth opportunities toward Lead RBT or Full Time RBT.

You will collect data electronically, collaborate with families and the clinical team, and participate in ongoing training. A $250 onboarding bonus accompanies competitive hourly pay of $22.00–$30.00.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• 1 year of Special Education experience preferred.
• 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
