Job summary

Golden Care Therapy GA is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home, one-on-one ABA services for children with autism, under the guidance of a supervising BCBA. The role emphasizes precise data collection and collaboration with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• 1 year of special education experience preferred.
• 1 year of applied behavior analysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
