Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking ABA Therapists/RBTs to provide in-home ABA services for children with autism under supervision. You will use ABA strategies to improve learning, collect data, and maintain strong communication with families and the team.

The role offers a flexible schedule with growth opportunities, including leadership pathways to Lead RBT or Full Time RBT. An onboarding bonus of $250 is available to new hires. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• 1 year of special education experience preferred.
• 1 year of ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Apply behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and reduce barriers to learning.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
