Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Phoenix, AZ is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide ABA services 1:1 in home environments. The role supports children with Autism ages 1-21, delivering evidence-based interventions under supervision.

Ideal candidates hold RBT certification, have reliable transportation, and are committed to ongoing learning and feedback. The position offers flexible part-time and full-time schedules with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

RBT Certification from BACB is required.
Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation.
Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
Passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
