Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder through ABA therapy.

You’ll deliver in-home, school, and community-based ABA, under BCBA supervision, and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills while tracking progress and maintaining data records.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home, school, & community-based ABA therapy.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills through engaging activities.
• Track client progress and collect data during sessions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage actively with children.

Responsibilities
