Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work with a BCBA supervisor in in-home and community settings, collecting data and ensuring timely progress reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ongoing training, and career growth through programs like BCBA-in-training and college reimbursement. Full-time/part-time schedules available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain records to monitor client progress.
