Job summary
Alliance ABA, LLC. is seeking a dedicated RBT to deliver in-home ABA therapy to youth under 21 and assist BCBA-designed treatment plans. You will collect data, document session notes, and support families while working with schools and other professionals in the community.
We offer paid RBT certification, hands-on training, and opportunities for advancement with flexible evening and weekend hours to fit your schedule.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience working with children, preferably with special needs.
- Ability to obtain RBT certification within 90 days (training provided).
- Evenings and weekends availability.
- Reliable transportation and internet access.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy for youth under 21
- Implement individualized behavior treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Collect data and complete session notes
- Coach and support parents and caregivers
- Collaborate with schools, social services, physicians, and other professionals
- Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development
