Kennedy ABA is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in the evenings and some weekends. You will implement BCBA-approved plans, collect progress data, and work closely with families to support children’s development.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy is required.
• Reliable transportation for local travel to clients' homes.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
