Job summary

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking an RBT/BT to provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy for children and families. You will implement individualized treatment plans and behavior programs under the supervision of a BCBA to help clients develop meaningful skills and independence.

You will deliver services in clients' homes, collaborate with families and BCBAs, and participate in ongoing training and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing or interest in obtaining RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with children in pediatric settings is encouraged.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
• Current negative TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Follow treatment plans with consistency and integrity.
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation.
• Monitor client progress and communicate with supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and care teams.
• Coach families on implementing strategies at home.
