Job summary

Astro ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with ASD. You’ll work 1:1 with clients, following plans created by supervising BCBAs, and participate in ongoing training and supervision. Flexible scheduling offers part-time or full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; related degrees preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home or community setting.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain professional communication with families.
• Promote safety and skill development for each child.
