Job summary

Skyward Spectrum is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct, in-home ABA therapy for children. You will deliver one-to-one instruction and implement plans under a BCBA supervisor, traveling to client homes and coordinating with families for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred or willing to obtain within 30 days.
• Compassion and patience toward children with disabilities and their families.
• Technologically proficient; familiarity with Apple and/or Android devices.
• 18 years of age; reliable and professional.
• Clear background check and drug test; ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to travel to client homes and move about environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with ABA therapy practices.
• Implement treatment plans created by BCBA supervisor.
• Travel to client homes, schools, and community settings.
• Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to apply ABA teaching procedures.
• Collect and log behavior and skill data accurately.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and communicate with parents and BCBA to optimize treatment.
