Job summary

Astro ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work 1:1 with clients, implementing plans under BCBA supervision and collecting progress data.

We offer flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time), ongoing training, and opportunities for career advancement within a supportive, compassionate team. A valid RBT certificate and driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required (BACB)
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach potential

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home or community setting
• Implement individualized behavior plans created by a supervising BCBA
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and team members
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child
