Job summary

Astro ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Flexible hours, PT.

As an RBT with Astro ABA, you’ll collaborate with families and BCBAs, collect data, and help children reach their full potential in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families.
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child.
