Job summary

Oceans Behavioral Interventions is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in the Inland Empire for in-home ABA therapy with children who have autism. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, focusing on communication, social skills and daily living routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred (paid training if not yet certified).
• Reliable transportation and California driver's license.
• Affection for working with children, especially those with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in homes or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs.
• Collect real-time data on client progress using digital platforms.
• Build relationships with children, families, and supervising BCBA.
• Attend supervision sessions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Education
