Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is hiring an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with ASD under supervision in the Augusta area. The role focuses on applying behavior-analytic strategies to support learning and safety, with data collection on an electronic system.

We offer a flexible schedule, ongoing training, tuition assistance, and growth opportunities toward Lead RBT or Full Time RBT, plus a $250 onboarding bonus.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• 1 year in special education preferred.
• 1 year ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
