Job summary

Astro ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our in-home therapy team. You will work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred in related fields.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping children reach their potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home or community setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain professional communication with families and promote safety.
