Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in-school across GA. You will work under the supervision of BCBAs, implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track client progress.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.
