Job summary

Kennedy ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children, up to 15 hours per week, with flexible scheduling and a supportive team committed to growth.

You will implement BCBA-created treatment plans, collect accurate data, and collaborate with families and the Kennedy ABA team to promote progress in a positive, engaging environment. This role offers career advancement opportunities and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Active and valid RBT certification.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
