Kennedy ABA is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy in the United States. The role offers late afternoon and weekend hours with a flexible, supportive team to help children reach their potential.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and team members. A strong RBT certification and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active and valid RBT certification.
• ABA therapy experience with children.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe, engaging session environment.
