Job summary

Kennedy ABA in the United States is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy during late afternoon and some weekend hours. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and opportunities for career advancement.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy, implement BCBA-developed plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and our team to create a positive session environment.

Qualifications

• Active and valid RBT certification.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
