Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in home settings in Smithfield, NC.

You will implement ABA intervention plans under BCBA supervision, participate in ongoing training, collect session data, and communicate with supervising staff. Schedule: M-F 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM; weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification or 40-hour ABA Course completed.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
