Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist to deliver one-to-one behavioral intervention in the homes of children with autism in Clayton, NC. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement plans, participate in ongoing training, collect data, and communicate with supervision.

Schedule is Monday to Friday 4pm–7pm and Saturday 9am–1pm; weekday/weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Experience applying ABA techniques in a home setting.
• Ability to collect and record data accurately.
• Strong communication with families and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioural intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
