Job summary

Applied ABC in Smithfield, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work in homes with children who have autism, under supervision of a BCBA.

You will implement one-to-one ABA intervention plans, collect data, and participate in ongoing staff training while communicating regularly with supervisors. Weekday and weekend availability is required, with shifts from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education; RBT certification or 40-hour ABA Course is preferred.
• Valid RBT certification or completion of 40-hour ABA course.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
