Job summary

Applied ABC provides home & center-based ABA therapy to children with autism across the United States. We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly in clients' homes under BCBA supervision.

The role involves implementing one-to-one behavioral intervention plans, collecting session data, and participating in ongoing staff training. Weekday and weekend availability is required, with daylight working hours.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under BCBA supervision.
