Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist to deliver one-to-one behavioral intervention in clients' homes in Clayton, NC. You will operate under the supervision of a BCBA and support children with autism through data-driven ABA techniques.

Schedule features weekday evenings and Saturday mornings, with opportunities for professional development and continued staff training, in a clinician-owned agency that emphasizes learning and advancement.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or pursuing relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory BCBA staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
