Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-to-one ABA therapy in children’s homes, under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will participate in ongoing staff training, maintain clear communication with supervisors, and collect therapy data to drive progress. The role requires weekday and weekend availability and a BA in a related field or current pursuit, plus a valid RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Maintain weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
