Job summary

Champions ABA - MA in Norton, MA is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement behavioral plans, collect data, and work closely with Behavior Analysts to adapt treatment.

The role is part-time with flexible hours; requires a high school diploma, no prior ABA experience needed, training provided. Strong communication and documentation skills help build trusting relationships with families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field (training provided).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in homes and community settings.
• Implement behavioral plans, collect data, and track progress.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions.
