Qualifications

• 0 years of experience in ABA or autism therapy; training or experience in behavior analysis or related field a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ABA principles and practices a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavior plans to address client goals and objectives
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure successful implementation of behavior plans
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and new technologies
• Collaborate with licensed therapists and behavior analysts to modify behavior plans as needed
• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy services as scheduled
