Job summary

Champions ABA - MA is seeking a Behavior Technician in Norton, MA to provide in-home and community ABA services. This role focuses on delivering 1:1 therapy, implementing plans, collecting data, and tracking progress with families and caregivers.

You will collaborate with Behavior Analysts, maintain detailed records, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy. Flexibility and teamwork are essential in our in-home setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field (training provided).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in their homes and community settings.
• Implement behavioral plans, collect data, and track progress.
• Collaborate with Behavior Analysts and other team members to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure meaningful and effective therapy.
