Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician for after-school hours in Auburn, WA. The role involves delivering 1:1 ABA-based therapy in clients’ homes or community settings, Monday through Friday, 4:30–6:30 p.m.

Under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, you’ll implement plans, track progress, and help clients build communication, self-help, and social skills while maintaining confidentiality and client safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Certified Behavior Technician certificate.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting.
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information.
