BrightSpring Health Services Corporation in Marysville, WA is seeking a part-time Certified Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA therapy to youth with developmental disabilities. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 4pm–7pm, with travel to client homes as needed.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, provide 1:1 therapy, track progress, and report outcomes to a supervising BCBA. A CBT certificate is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred; valid driver’s license, reliable

Qualifikationen

• Must have a Certified Behavior Technician certificate.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two+ years experience with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation/insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Aufgaben

• Implement ABA driven programs for youth in homes and community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Teach communication, self-help, social-skills, and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policy and protect confidentiality.
