Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Certified Behavior Technician for in-home work in Kirkland, WA. You will implement ABA-driven programs, provide 1:1 therapy, and work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to help clients achieve individualized goals.

Qualifications

• Certified Behavior Technician certificate required.
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
