Job summary

Pivotal Parenting Support LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician for Autism Services (ABA) to deliver in-home behavioral therapy in Whittier, California. You will implement ABA plans, work with a clinical team, and provide both individual and group sessions to children with ASD.

Ideal candidates have ASD experience, CPR/First Aid and CPI certifications, and strong communication skills to train and support families in applying strategies at home.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• CPR/First Aid and CPI certifications are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced home-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing ABA therapy plans for children with ASD.
• Collaborate with clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions in clients' homes.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior, and report to the treatment team.
• Work with parents/caregivers to support child's development and well-being.
