The Behavior Technician will implement therapy plans under clinical supervision, deliver one-on-one and small-group sessions in clients' homes, and collect progress data to guide treatment decisions.
Colleagues collaborate with parents and the treatment team to adapt strategies that promote independence and overall well-being. Certification in CPR/First Aid and CPI is preferred.
