Job summary

Pivotal Parenting Support LLC seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician (ABA) in Sacramento, CA to join our in-home therapy team. You will work with clinicians to develop and implement individualized ABA plans and deliver sessions in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Completion of RBT training and passing the RBT exam is required.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral therapy plans under supervision.
• Conduct in-home behavioral therapy sessions with clients and families.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with clinical team to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with ABA best practices.

Education
