Job summary

Pivotal Parenting supports at-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The Behavior Technician will implement therapy plans under clinical supervision, deliver one-on-one and small-group sessions in clients' homes, and collect progress data to guide treatment decisions.

Colleagues collaborate with parents and the treatment team to adapt strategies that promote independence and overall well-being. Certification in CPR/First Aid and CPI is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced home-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing ABA therapy plans for children with ASD.
• Work with clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions in home-based settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior for the treatment team.
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers to support child development.
