Job summary

Care Behavioral Concepts in California seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement treatment plans created by BCBA, collect session data, and contribute to client progress through team meetings and training.

Schedule requires Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–8:00 PM with weekend availability optional; must maintain a minimum of 10 hours during the work week and travel to client

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services, or related field required.
Candidates with relevant ABA experience preferred.
Must be 18 years old and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community settings.
Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the BCBA.
Accurately record and report session data using electronic data collection tools.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Maintain regular communication with supervisors regarding client progress.
Build rapport and create fun, engaging session environment.
Uphold HIPAA’s ethical and professional standards at all times.
