Job summary

M’Aiken Bright Futures, LLC provides in-home ABA services across South Carolina, delivering one-on-one therapy to children in their homes. Therapists work under supervising BCBA direction, collecting data and helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team focused on meaningful progress for families.

Qualifications

• Must have active RBT certification or be willing to obtain certification
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
• Ability to work independently while following clinical direction

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in the home setting
• Implement treatment plans and behavior strategies developed by the BCBA
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily notes
• Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living tasks
• Follow clinical and safety protocols
• Communicate progress with supervising BCBA
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training
• Maintain professional and ethical standards per BACB guidelines
