Job summary

M’Aiken Bright Futures, LLC is seeking caring RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes across South Carolina. You will implement treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA and collect data to track progress.

Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification in good standing (preferred).
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred; strong communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
  • Ability to work independently while following clinical direction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in the home setting.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies developed by the BCBA.
  • Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes.
  • Support skill development in communication, social interaction, behavior regulation, and daily living tasks.
  • Follow all clinical and safety protocols.
  • Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA regarding progress and concerns.
  • Participate in supervision and ongoing training.
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines.
