Job summary

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking dedicated individuals to become Behavior Technicians and support children with autism and developmental needs in their homes. You will receive comprehensive paid training and ongoing clinical guidance from BCBA supervisors to build confidence and skills.

Roles involve delivering ABA therapy, collecting data, and collaborating with families and clinicians. Afternoon/evening availability is required, with opportunities for career growth and flexible

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with children is a plus.
• Available a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Afternoon/evening availability 1:00 PM–8:00 PM.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Collect session data and complete clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support progress.
• Communicate with families and caregivers.
• Attend ongoing training and team meetings.
