Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a dedicated Behavior Interventionist to provide in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum, observing and guiding family routines to support positive behaviors.

Work hours are Monday–Friday 3 PM–8 PM and Saturday 9 AM–1 PM, with at least 15 hours per week. Hourly pay ranges from $24 to $27.50, and the role includes ongoing training and clear career paths.

Qualifications

• Interest and empathy for working with children
• Willingness to work with children with special needs
• Availability for afternoon/evening hours and some weekend mornings
• Must have own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must provide immunization records and TB test; ability to pass background and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home ABA therapy sessions to children on the autism spectrum
• Observe, assess, and interact with participants to implement behavior plans
