Easterseals Southern California offers in-home ABA therapy positions for individuals passionate about working with children and behavioral health. The role involves providing in-home sessions, assessing progress, and supporting families with behavioral strategies. Training is provided, with afternoon/evening hours and some weekend availability.

A valid driver’s license and transportation are required. Hours include weekday afternoons and occasional Saturdays, with compensation around $24–$27.50

Qualificações

• Passion for working with children.
• Previous experience with children or people with special needs and interest in behavioral health.
• Available for afternoons/early evenings and possible weekend mornings.
• Own reliable transportation and valid license, auto registration and insurance.
• Provide immunization records and TB screening.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Available for initial 2-week training (M-F, ~35 hours).

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home ABA therapy sessions to children on the autism spectrum.
• Observe, assess, and interact with participants during sessions.
• Assist families with behavior strategies and progress notes.
• Travel to client homes and manage lifting and setup of materials for visits.
