Job summary

Applied ABC Massachusetts is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in home settings under BCBA supervision. You will implement intervention plans, collect session data, and communicate with supervising staff.

Weekday and weekend availability is required to support families. Ideal candidates have 1 year ABA experience or more and a BA in a related field or are pursuing related studies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
• BA in a related field or undergraduates pursuing related education.
• Strong data collection and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
