Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a dedicated ABA therapist to deliver 1:1 services in home or clinic settings for children on the autism spectrum. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervisors to support each child’s development.

Paid training to become a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) is provided, with flexible hours designed for work-life balance. Candidates must have a vehicle for travel between locations, with travel up to 25% expected.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Data collection and session note submission
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute between locations
• Other duties as assigned.
